Mommy/Daddy & Me Lessons
Mommy/Daddy & Me Swim Lessons are for children ages newborn to three years old. Infants and toddlers will learn to become comfortable and relaxed in the water. One parent (or caregiver) needs to be in the water with their children during each lesson.
Class Limits:
12 Children per class
Sign ups are on a first come first serve basis

Cost of Lessons per Child:
Non Summit Fitness Members:
$60 for 1 session
$100 for 2 sessions (both Thurs. & Sat.)
Non-members will receive a free two-week membership at Summit Fitness and have access to the swimming facilities on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00p-2:00p for $3 per person.
Summit Fitness Members:
$40 for 1 session
$70 for 2 sessions (both Thurs. & Sat.)
Group Swim Lessons
Group Swim Lessons are for children ages three to twelve. Non swimmers will become comfortable in the water while learning basic swimming strokes. Swimmers will refine their skills, which will help them prepare for competitive swimming. Parents do not get in the water for these lessons.

20 children per class
4 to 1 child to instructor ratio

Times: 4:00p-4:30p or 4:30p-5:00p
Saturday Lessons:
Times 3:00p-3:30p, 3:30p-4:00p, or 4:00p-4:30p

Colleen Lauzonis is the head instructor. Colleen is currently the Pool Director at the Niagara Falls Country Club. Previously, she was the Head Coach of the Niagara University Men’s and Woman’s Swim Teams. Colleen has been running Learn-to-Swim programs since 1996. |
